Great product, terrible customer service

I would rate the glasses at 5 stars but the complete lack of customer service brings it down. Your product is very nice and unique. Bought 3 as a gift because our son already had one and he wanted a set.
I will say that your customer service is very disappointing. I paid for express shipping to get gift in time for a birthday gift. The SHOP app never told me anything besides that it took a week just to ready my package to ship. I sent 3 emails (the only way I could find to contact you) and all three emails went unanswered. It took 2 weeks to get shipment. Not sure I would order again.

Hi Bonnie, apologies for your customer service experience. We just checked all of our sources and could not locate any email correspondence from you. In future instances, please email haley@1876.co which is also located on the bottom of our website where it says 'contact us'. As for the timing of shipment, we did have this on backorder which was expliciately stated in the item title and description. We did have about a 3-4 delay on outgoing shipments. In the future, please look out for listing titles and descriptions and we will do better on shipping items out as soon as we receive. Thanks for your honest review and feedback.

Stunning glass!

When I saw this glass on the website, I thought it was really pretty, but when I received the glass, I realized it is a beautiful glass! The blown glass mountain in the bottom is so amazing - truly a work of art and almost too pretty to use. I definitely won’t drop ice cubes in it though and will hand wash to protect this lovely glass.

A Very Unique Glass

I very much enjoy this glass! We originally bought one at the Pikes Peak Visitor Center and got another through the 1876 website. As is mentioned in the insert in the packaging, the glass is thin to accommodate the mountain detail, so be sure to handle it carefully when dropping in ice and washing. Treat it like a piece of crystal stemware (as it should be) and you'll have no problems.
