The 1876 Iron-Clad Warranty

 

We make the best products in the business. We know it, and you probably do too. That said, no one is perfect, and that's why we've created the 1876 Iron-Clad warranty so you know we're here... just in case. To say it simply: we stand behind our gear. To say it the way a lawyer would, check out the details below.

 

Craftsmanship Warranty

We built our reputation on legendary quality and standing behind the things we make. We warranty all of our products against manufacturing defects and provide solutions in the exceptionally rare event that they occur.

Clothing. If your 1876 clothing has defects of any kind within 30 days of purchase, or if a defect occurs within 120 days from purchase that should not occur with normal use and proper care, contact us and we will immediately replace it at no cost to you.*
     *Crush Hoodie. This product took us years to get right. The material that gives it its incredibly soft, yet cozy feel is very unique. Because of this, it requires just a bit of special care. As long as the garment is always washed in cold water as a delicate, then allowed to air dry (never in a dryer), the same warranty applies to it as does to all of our other clothing.

Sunglasses, cups & water bottles. If any of these items experience any defects that should not occur with normal use within 2 years from the date of purchase, contact us and we will immediately replace them at no cost to you.

Coasters (Colorado Coastline). If your coasters experience any defects that should not occur with normal use within 2 years from the date of purchase, just let us know and we will immediately replace them at no cost to you. This does NOT apply to discoloration from liquids... that’s kind of the whole point of a coaster.

We don’t put limits on how many times you can replace an item under this warranty. That would sort of defeat the point. We know the quality of our products, so we are happy to stand behind them.

Replacing any item under warranty is subject to a flat $5.00 shipping and handling fee.

To initiate a warranty replacement, send an email to warranty@1876.CO letting us know what’s going on, and please include your order number. We’ll get back to you and handle it from there.

Warranty coverage is at 1876’s sole discretion and may require pictures or the physical product returned to verify the defect. We reserve the right to deny any request for warranty coverage. If we are out of stock, or have discontinued an item, we will work with you to find an acceptable replacement solution. This warranty is subject to change at any time without notification (our lawyers made us say that).
