Downhill Hoodie

It was my first time ordering and it was for a birthday gift for my son. When he opened the package, it was the wrong size. I emailed customer service. Nick responded with a very heartfelt apology and told me to keep the size I received and they would send another one out FREE of charge! I was very impressed since good customer service is hard to find now a days. I was only expecting not to have to pay for shipping the wrong size back, but Nick went above and beyond to make it right. The inside of the sweatshirt is absolutely the softest I've ever bought and the quality is outstanding. I am now a FAN of 1876 and will order more products. My only wish is that they would carry kids clothing so I could buy my grandkids stuff!

High quality product, in addition to being an attractive item. I accidentally ordered the small but was very pleased that it fit. Assuming they must run a little big for this particular hoodie.

Bought this hoodie for a friend. Super soft and nice graphic. Different from the usual Colorado graphics you see everywhere.
