What is 1876?

Ultra-Premium Apparel and Gear.
Colorado Flagship Beer.

Premium Local Lifestyle Apparel.

For ten years, 1876 has been making the softest, most comfortable, highest-quality, iconic, elevated apparel and accessories for what we like to call "The State of Exploration." When we say premium, we mean it. You're going to love your 1876 apparel, and you'll be able to love it for a long time. We have so many fans letting us know on a regular basis that they're still enjoying teeshirts, hoodies, caps, beanies and more that they purchased seven or eight years ago... or longer. We don't say it to be cocky, we say it because we work tirelessly to ensure it's true, every time: 1876 Apparel is the peak of local gear, perfectly suited to The State of Exploration.

Speaking of exploration, get to exploring our line HERE...

The Definitive Colorado Local Beer.

It was 2015 when we first launched 1876 Colorado Ale with some neighbor friends at our previous space in the RiNo neighborhood of Denver. It quickly became one of the, if not THE, best-selling beer on the menu. Times changed, and we here at 1876 wound up moving out of the neighborhood, and with that, 1876 Ale was no more. The return of 1876 Ale never seemed certain, or even likely. Then we happened upon an amazingly passionate, talented, and dedicated crew at Living the Dream Brewing, who took their craft with the same unwavering dedication to quality as we took to everything we do, and the time was right.

1876 Ale is made from 100% Colorado ingredients, including the Colorado State tree, the Colorado Blue Spruce... in the form of spruce tips. It's immanently sessionable, and has a totally unique flavor profile that bounces from rich malt balanced with just the right amount of bitterness, but then punctuated by the bright, spciy, almost wintergreen freshness that explodes from the spruce tips. If there's a beer that's more Colorado than this one, we haven't met it.
