1876 Ale is brewed up by our friends at Living the Dream Brewing from 100% Colorado ingredients, including the Colorado State tree, the Colorado Blue Spruce... in the form of spruce tips. It's immanently sessionable, and has a totally unique flavor profile that bounces from rich malt balanced with just the right amount of bitterness, but then punctuated by the bright, spicy, almost wintergreen freshness that explodes from the spruce tips. If there's a beer that's more Colorado than this one, we haven't met it.
