A Very Unique Glass

I very much enjoy this glass! We originally bought one at the Pikes Peak Visitor Center and got another through the 1876 website. As is mentioned in the insert in the packaging, the glass is thin to accommodate the mountain detail, so be sure to handle it carefully when dropping in ice and washing. Treat it like a piece of crystal stemware (as it should be) and you'll have no problems.

A Toast!

I enjoyed the Highlands and Whisky of Scotland in May, then reached the Summit of my first 14ner in June. I purchased two glasses for my friend and me to toast our great adventures with the finest Scotch in the most beautiful glasses!

Beautifully Disappointed

During a recent visit to Pikes Peak, I had the opportunity to ascend to its summit and commemorate the experience with a souvenir glass. With great enthusiasm, I brought the glass home, eager to cherish the memories associated with this remarkable trip. However, my excitement was quickly dampened when I attempted to wash the glass, only to have it unexpectedly crack upon contact. Needless to say, this turn of events left me deeply disappointed.

Such a unique product!

We love these whiskey glasses! They’re such a unique Colorado style addition to our gift boxes, and our customers love them. They’re high quality & sturdy while still feeling dainty and boutique. Highly recommend!!

Very nice

Very beautiful, classy glass. It is an amazing design. The glass however is so thin I dare not use it. It is really, really thin compared to any other whiskey glass I own. More of a display piece. Very Disappointed in that.

Hello! Yes, the material is thin (no other way to get the detail in the mountain design)... but, the glass is made of borosilicate and is WAY stronger than it seems. Would you do us a favor? Treat it just like any other glass you own. Put it though it’s paces. If it breaks, we’ll send you a new one. If not, can we ask you to upgrade your rating?

We're very confident in the strength and durability of The Fourteener and look forward to hearing back from you. Thanks so much!
