Amazingly soft!

Once again I am amazed at how soft and comfortable 1876 apparel feels. The colors on this hoodie are beautiful and I love the fit.

The shirt is better than expected, super soft and comfy. However, customer service is lacking. My order "slipped through the cracks" on 1/6, even though I received a confirmation. I emailed on 1/17 inquiring about my order, response received 1/18 that they would ship next day, delivered on 1/23, and I paid for expedited shipping. On 1/18, I kindly asked to be compensated for the shipping expense, to which I have yet to hear a response, today is 1/30, which is the reason for the 1 star review.
